Helping Schools and Educators Flourish Through Sustainable and Effective Practices

Globally Award Winning Program

We are incredibly proud of this project and the research behind it. In fact, back in 2020, we won an international award from the Academy of Management for Best Action Research Paper.

In 2023, we were a finalist for the Carolyn B. Dexter Award (Best International Paper in Organisational Development and Change). Dr John Molineux, our researcher from Deakin Uni was also invited to present our paper at the Academy's 83rd Annual Meeting in Boston.

"The Flourish program provided me with a valuable space to pause and reflect on my wellbeing practices. Through the sessions, I was able to identify and implement simple, practical changes that have helped me build healthier habits. These adjustments have made a noticeable difference, allowing me to flourish personally and become even more effective in my role. I truly believe that the program supports leaders in maintaining their wellbeing, which in turn positively impacts their professional lives.

Thank you again for the experience. I would highly recommend the Flourish program to anyone looking to enhance their leadership journey with a focus on wellbeing."

Naomi Wilkins | Principal, Oran Park Anglican College

“Completing the Flourish Principal Wellbeing program with Dr Adam Fraser has been one of the most worthwhile professional learning experiences I’ve done in a long time. It confirmed a lot of what I instinctively felt about Principal wellbeing, but more importantly it gave me the language — and in many ways the permission — to talk more openly about wellbeing with my family and with the people I work alongside every day. I would strongly recommend this program to other Principals and Senior Leaders. It’s been a genuinely positive and worthwhile experience for me.”

Brad Evans | Principal, Georgiana Molloy Anglican School

"I was sceptical at first that this was just another wellbeing seminar, but Adam really changed the game. This was such a practical program.

I’ve made some simple and meaningful changes – improving my sleep habits, making sure that I genuinely look after myself so that I can be far more effective and able to help others, being more intentional about delegation, controlling the voices in my head and more intentional about how I choose to prioritise my time. They sound small, but they’ve made a real difference. I was feeling tires, burdened by others’ problems and lacking a sustainable vision for the years to come. Flourish has given me the tools to challenge this head on and turn up every day with the same energy as if every day was Monday Term One."

“This is by far the best professional and personal development I have been involved in. Thank You!”
