IT’S TIME TO FLOURISH!
Flourish For Schools
Behind every great leader is a great team.
As every great school leader knows, when school staff are flourishing, so do their students and the wider school community.
Throughout The Flourish Movement program, school leaders often ask us, “How can I support my staff when I’m only just beginning to flourish myself? Is there a way to share what I’ve learned with my team?” School leaders consistently want the best for their staff—they want to pass on the insights they’ve gained and wish they had access to earlier in their careers.
Flourish for Schools is a turnkey program that helps leaders bring the principles of Flourish to their schools. The hard work has already been done for you - professional learning days are mapped out for the next 12 months. Simply press play on the videos and engage in meaningful, trust-building conversations with your staff in ways that haven’t been possible before.
Flourish for Schools helps build sustainable effectiveness and wellbeing in your staff, while also strengthening school culture and connectedness. With this program, you can lead with confidence, knowing your staff have the skills, mindsets, and action plans to grow individually and as a team.

Key features of the program
Structure of the program
The program consists of 4 modules each broken into 4 parts. Each part consists of information videos, diagnostics, handouts and action plans.
How do I run Flourish for Schools?
One of the greatest features of this program is that it gives you the time and flexibility to choose how and how fast your school completes the program.
Research
Your staff will be asked to complete a survey (conducted by Deakin University) and you will be provided with a report with the overall results. This will allow you to identify both areas of excellence and improvement for your school.
Why is it so important for you as a leader, to do a program like this with your staff?
One of the biggest challenges with online programs is that the majority of them sit idle and no one engages with them. Dr Adam Fraser and Deakin University studied what made an online program successful. Using that data, Adam and his team developed the ‘Alliance Method’, which turns online programs into an experience that strengthens and connects a team. The ‘Alliance Method’ sees the entire team go through the program together, with their leader as the guide and facilitator (don’t worry we make the experience easy for leaders with scripts, videos, and diagnostics). This model not only builds the capability of the leader but also improves the culture and wellbeing of the group.
The data doesn’t lie!
Leaders that used this method are seeing an increase in the level of trust in teams by 160% and how supportive team members felt their culture was by 73.8%.
