About The Flourish Movement Podcast…

Through the Flourish Movement program we have had the pleasure of meeting many school leaders. The program works strongly on building collegiate support to remind school leaders they are not alone. In the program, we have heard their stories of success, resilience, challenges, joy and sadness.

One thing we observed is that each school leader has a ‘superpower’, which is something they do exceptionally well. We wanted to give them a platform in which they can share this skill and others can learn from it. This is why we have created The Flourish Movement podcast, a space where they can teach other school leaders the knowledge, strategies and skills that allows them to be world class leaders.

Hear all about their secrets on how to be successful in educational leadership.
